Return Policy
We want you, our customer, to love our Couchmaid as much as we do! However, if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it for up to 30 days after delivery. All returns must be new, unused and in its original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable. For products that are shipped for free, our shipping and handling costs are deducted from your refund. You will receive a full refund for the value of the item.

We stand by our products and are very confident in the quality of our products and are positive that you will be satisfied too. However, in the rare circumstance that a product arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace the product with a brand new one.
